Terms

These terms govern the Photo Delta Archive website and optional Steward purchase. The CLI source is separately provided under the MIT License included in its repository.

Your responsibility

Use the CLI only with files you are authorized to process. Keep independent backups. A successful ingest or sample verification is evidence about the files checked, not a guarantee that a provider export contains every item in your account.

Steward purchase

Steward access costs $19 as a one-time purchase and unlocks the local archive planner and extended retention guidance. The core archival, verification, restore, deletion, and accessibility features remain free. Sociobot/Dodo is the merchant of record and handles checkout and refunds. A refunded purchase revokes its license.

No provider affiliation

Photo Delta Archive is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google. “Google Photos” and “Google Takeout” identify compatible user-downloaded exports. The product does not automate provider login or evade access controls.

Warranty and liability

The software and site are provided “as is,” without warranty, to the extent permitted by law. Review restore manifests and test restores before deleting originals. Liability is limited to the amount you paid for Steward access.
